Our Story
Chelsea is an experienced Permanent Makeup artist with nearly a decade of expertise and a true passion for her craft. In 2016, she took a leap of faith and founded Inked Cosmetics by Chelsea to combine her love for artistry with her desire to help others feel beautiful and confident.
With a background as a dental assistant for seven years at one of the top five dental offices in the nation, Chelsea brings a deep commitment to cleanliness, safety, and precision to her work. Coupled with over 20 years of holding her cosmetology license, she seamlessly blends medical-level attention to detail with an artistic eye for beauty.
Chelsea remains dedicated to ongoing education and mastering the latest techniques, ensuring every client receives the highest standard of care. Known for her warm, friendly approach, she takes time to understand each client’s unique style and goals, creating results that look natural, soft, and beautifully customized.
